Overview
As its principal business, the Company will acquire, explore and develop mineral properties in areas of South America deemed by the Company to have relatively high potential for mining success and relatively low political risk. The initial thrust of the Company's exploration activities is for gold on its properties in Guyana. The Company intends to engage in these business activities on a long-term basis.
